About shipping
1. I'm shipping from the Philippines using a private courier, In-line Forwarder, to ship international orders.for US orders, check your tracking here: https://track.landmarkglobal.com/The final mile delivery for US is handled by Fedex.for non-US orders, check your tracking here: https://track.landmarkglobal-group.com/The final mile delivery is handled by your local post-office.2. The estimated time of arrival for asian countries is 2-4 weeks while EU and US estimated time are 2- 5 weeks but it can last up to 3 months due to shipping and custom delays.If your package hasn't arrived in 4-5 months, don't hesitate to contact me through my big cartel store email: [email protected]
REFUNDS/ CANCELLATIONS/ LOST PACKAGES
All cancellations for change of mind must be made before 24 hours. Cancellations beyond that is NOT allowed.If your package is returned to me, you have the option to ask for a refund or re-ship the package $10 flat rate.If your package is DAMAGE or LOST and NEVER returned to me, please reach out and contact me in [email protected]
